Robert Half Office Team Customer Service Representative in PLAINFIELD, Illinois

An exciting OfficeTeam client in the Western suburbs has multiple temporary to hire openings for Customer Service Representatives in the Plainfield and Geneva locations. Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for taking inbound calls from a queue in order to take customer orders, process returns and address complaints. In addition, Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for greeting walk in customers and assisting with sales. Customer Service Representatives must be comfortable upselling and speaking with customers face to face. A minimum 3 years' experience in a Customer Service role involving sales/upselling is required.
