Job Title: HEOR (Health Economics Outcomes Research) Global, Contractor

Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Development, and Commercial teams to execute HEOR evidence generation plans to support Global HTA/payer submissions.

  • Contribute to and execute product-specific HEOR strategic plans as assigned, to deliver evidence streams that support products pre- and post-launch.

  • Identify and understand evidence needs at the Global and Regional levels, including the identification and strategic planning of core data outputs that may be aligned or differ across stakeholders (e.g., value dossier content, economic models, landscape/gap assessments, publication strategies).

  • Implement and manage HEOR projects with selected vendors; ensure strategic guidance and quality of deliverables.

  • Assist with the project management of all GHEOR projects and tactics.

  • Contribute to and execute product-specific HEOR strategic plans as assigned.

  • To manage project tracking systems to ensure all metrics are up to date.

  • To develop project dashboards for key GHEOR compounds.

  • Coordinate meetings to help understand evidence needs and project status at the Global and Regional levels.

  • Implement and manage GHEOR projects with selected vendors; ensure strategic guidance, project quality and timeliness of deliverables.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree; preferably a Masters in Health Economics, Economics, Public Health, Life Science, Pharmacy or Medical Degree.

  • 2-5 years of solid Health Economics and Outcome Research experience; Prefer candidates with some global experience, including HTA/Payer Value Dossiers, HE models and Value Message development. A minimum of 2 years is required for consideration.

  • Solid understanding of drug development across the product life cycle (Phase I-IV).

  • Capacity to interact with key functions (Development, Medical, Statistical, Regulatory leads) as well as Commercial and other Medical Affairs functions.

  • Capacity to lead projects independently and effectively, as assigned by Head HEOR Global.

  • Must demonstrate effective communication, writing and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to liaise with colleagues at the Global and Regional levels (Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia & Oceania and Japan), including the ability to attend teleconferences that may occur outside of local working hours.

  • Software skills for Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) (Intermediate experience at minimum).

  • Some domestic and international travel may be required.
