MacLean Power Systems (MPS) is a leading manufacturer of products for electric utility, telecommunications and civil markets.CNC CELL OPERATOR- Operate three or more CNC machines with minimum assistance to produce required number of quality work pieces, using appropriate measuring instruments and gauges. Complete offsets and major tool changes as required without supervision. Report to department supervisor.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform normal machine malfunction repairs Comply with all department specific QS9000 criteriaPerform duties necessary for regular production as well as development workFollow all required quality assurance procedures, monitoring SPC and tool insert usage for process changes pertaining to quality, tool usage and productionAssist the maintenance department in basic repairsReplace and set cylinders and switches with limited assistanceKeep work areas orderlySupport continuous quality improvement REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalent with knowledge of math and EnglishReceptive to ongoing trainingDemonstrate the ability to run all CNC machines with little or no assistanceOperate three or more CNC machines demonstrating the organizational ability to accurately complete all inspection, SPC sheets, production tickers, attaining expected production at acceptable level of scrapCompetence in all gauging instrument and data collection systemsAbility to read blueprints and part programsEOE - Minority/Female/Disability/VeteranFor more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
