And when you contribute, you'll open doors for yourself that simply do not exist in any other organization, anywhere.Our Clerical Clinical Administrative Coordinators have a serious responsibility to make every contact informative, productive, positive, and memorable for what it says about how much we care.Primary Responsibilities:Accurately manages multiple technology systems simultaneouslyAccurately documents interaction and appropriately follow all processes and procedures related to engagementHigh administrative proficiency, with a focus to meet daily assigned contact metrics and ability to multi-taskProvides excellent customer service Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED (or higher)2+ years of professional experience in an office environment1+ year of administrative and / or clerical experience Ability to create, edit, copy, save, and send data utilizing Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft OutlookAbility to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, and conduct data entryAbility to work Monday through Friday, between 7 AM to 6 PM, flexibility and OT as needed Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher Bilingual Experience working within the healthcare industry, hospital, physician's office or medical clinic environmentKnowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codeMedicare / Medicaid services knowledge or experience1+ years of experience with Medical TerminologySoft Skills:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to effectively communicate products clearly and accuratelyCritical thinking skillsAbility to flourish in an environment where there is constant changeAbility to apply knowledge / skills to activities that often vary from day to dayAbility to work independently as well as within a team environmentCareers with Optum.
