Responsible for leading product strategy, consulting, development, enhancement, marketing, execution, management and performance analysis for commercial vehicle products and market segments that have a high impact on the organization’s profitability and success. This includes monitoring the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, product positioning in the marketplace, and management of established products to attain financial objectives. Responsibilities include leading efforts to obtain and analyze customer/competitive information and market research; may be involved in establishing pricing policies, distribution strategies, and performance measurement techniques; partnering and consulting with commercial leadership/regional commercial management to obtain input and buy-in for strategic client prioritization and engagement planning, product introduction, ongoing product/service management.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following, and adhering to all applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements./

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product development and product management experience

  • 8+ years of management experience
