Come be part of this creative team at Facebook that is leading the industry in new ways to build advertising ideas in the rapidly changing media, mobile and marketing world.The SMB PM Lead will be focused on building relationships with the creative and media agencies that support SMB businesses. This person will work closely with cross-functional partners to evaluate needs and opportunities for agencies and to develop solutions. Agency support will be provided internally through coaching and training and externally though agency meetings, trainings and presentations. This role is not focused on project / campaign work.We are looking for an experienced creative and strategic thought leader who has demonstrated success developing and executing solutions for 'white space' problems. The ideal candidate will possess a brilliant creative and entrepreneurial mind with the flexibility to work in dynamic environments. Someone who is just as fulfilled by empowering others as they are by getting their hands dirty and building work.

Required Skills:

  1. Thought Leadership: Provoke the Creative Shop team, cross-functional and agency partners to continually push their thinking, connect the dots, build narratives, programs and solutions that will allow us to lead our clients, our partners and the industry.

  2. Agile Creation: Empower your team to build hypotheses, test, learn, optimize and scale into programs and support models with data to help guide your decisions.

  3. Sales Alignment: Be the face of Creative Shop SMB with agencies and production partners. Collaborate with, align plans, programs and priorities with the sales organization as well as with other key cross functional partners.

  4. Collaboration: Work in partnership with the other Creative Shop Leads, Regional Creative Shop SMB Leads and the GSO agency team to scale what’s working best on other teams and inspire each other with new approaches to serving our mission.

  5. Continual Optimization: Analyze performance, optimize strategy and align team’s priorities with organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree in Marketing, Advertising or Design

  2. 8+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising

  3. Experience developing strategically grounded work, applied in digital and offline mediums

  4. Experience working with or in a creative or media agency

  5. Storytelling and visual communications skills. Bringing an idea to life on a white board and presenting in front of internal business partners or small businesses.

  6. Hands-on ability to bring ideas to life through prototyping, testing, learning, optimizing and scaling.

  7. Must be legally authorized to work in the US
