Kelly Services Office Manager - Real Estate in Chicago, Illinois
Our client, an established property management company in the Chicago area is seeking an experience Office Manager with the main responsibility of managing leasing, financials, and administrative tasks within the office. Pay:$65-75K based on experience and qualifications
Shift: 9:30-5:30PM Flexible
Additional responsibilities and qualifications:
Follow up with email correspondence and oversee renewals with third party agents, brokers and tenants.
New tenant on-boarding, process paperwork, and manage all move-outs and payments.
Manage monthly bank reconciliations, review billing prior to submitting payment and monitor bank balances.
Provide administrative assistance with tenants, processing of files, maintenance requests, and order office supplies.
MUST have previous experience working within real estate for residential properties.
Minimum of 5yrs. professional experience
Strong computer skills preferably working with real estate software using AppFolio.
Ability to work with the finances of the business-Paying invoices, depositing checks and other office tasks.
Must be have good people-skills, a self-starter, and the ability to manage an office.
