We currently have an opening for a Executive Assistant in our Chicago, IL office with virtual options available.

nResponsibilities will include, but are not limited to:n

n

n

+ Coordinate all calendar and schedule management for the Real Estate and Technology consulting Partners and senior leadership team (approximately 6 individuals)

n

+ Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external communication, using sound judgment in screening and responding to inquiries, prioritizing calls that need immediate attention, and triaging/resolving as appropriate

n

+ Coordinate extensive and complex travel arrangements, including international including business expense reimbursement and event registrations (when necessary)

n

+ Assist with daily time entry as requested

n

+ Update and keep current computer, network and filing system to ensure quick and easy access or all information

n

+ Maintain a high level of executive support skills including excellent communication, grammar, and proofreading skills

n

+ Support additional team members by providing ad hoc project coordination support for key strategic and operational initiatives including lead tracking and client engagement support and operational tasks such as Fed-ex, supplies, new hire support and general office issues

n

+ Provide general administrative support for a wide range of activities and projects undertaken on an as-needed basis by the practice group including meeting/room/AV scheduling, arranging of meal service, correspondence, agenda and minutes management, and tracking and ensuring follow-up on all relevant active issues

n

+ Compose, prepare and distribute written materials using sound judgment including correspondence, memos/letters, agendas, presentations, and minutes.

+ Establish effective working relationships with all colleagues at CohnReznick and NOI, and other internal/external entities and main ains effective working relationships with leadership, administration, staff and departments

n

+ Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required/requested

nRequired Experience:n

+ 5+ years of dynamic administrative experience, global administrative experience preferred

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent field of study preferred

n

+ Previous experience in a professional services firm preferred

n

+ Proficiency in coordinating complex travel arrangements, domestic and international

n

+ Intermediate to advanced level skills using MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat

n

+ Strong typing and proofreading abilities

n

+ Willingness to work overtime and at off hours when need be in order to meet demands of Partners and team
