Position Summary

This role will provide technical and administrativesupport for an onsite program management team, for a large healthcaredevelopment program. We foresee the selected individual spending almost equaltime doing document controls and project controls duties.

Document Controlsresponsibilities:

  • Prepare, track, review, and enter data andinformation into client provided data management system.

  • Manage, document and archive projectcorrespondence.

  • Mange, maintain and audit project documentcontrol system(s).

  • Assemble project deliverables and preparetransmittals of data.

  • Attend meetings and document meeting minutes andaction items.

Project Controlsresponsibilities:

  • Support Project Controls Manager in maintainingproject controls systems

  • Support Project Controls team in disseminating,tracking and reviewing the overall change management plans for programmaticbudget/costs, as well as construction budget/costs.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining budgets, workschedules, work and cost breakdown structures.

  • Develop and update resource plans.

  • Analyze and organize raw data on spreadsheets.

  • Assist in developing project monthly and weeklystatus reports.

  • Assemble monthly financial reports.

  • Prepare monthly client invoices.

  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy andcompleteness.


  • College education in Engineering, Architectureand/or Construction Management.

  • Minimum 3 years of document control and/or projectcontrols experience required. Specialized training or education may besubstituted for part of this experience.

  • Exceptional communications skills, both verbaland written.

  • Must possess good organizational and timemanagement skills, with demonstrated ability to multi-task.

  • Adept at Microsoft Office Suite, especially MSExcel. Experience with other projectcontrol software is beneficially, but not necessary.
