What You Will Be Doing
-Investigate and correct process improvements as they are identified by internal and external customers
-Identify, develop and implement improvements to the existing manufacturing/service processes and methods
-Identify, develop and implement quality improvements in manufacturing
-Maintain local SAP routings and BOMs
-Develop fixtures, concepts and source tools to aid in the assembly and service of hearing instruments and associated products
-Recommend equipment for use in manufacturing
-Develop and implement temporary deviations and process work instructions
-Perform other duties as necessary or as requested by manager
