          Location: IL-Waukegan (Chicago region)
          The Patient Care Manager demonstrates Clinical & Psychiatric level II competencies as role model for nursing practice. Management responsibilities are comprehensive in the areas of leadership, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, communications, group process, service excellence, use of personal resources, control of patient and staff environment and budgeting. Involvement is expected in educational endeavors for staff and self, as well as research applicable to patient care. Management responsibilities actively involve staffing a variety of functions that develop professional accountability and improve performance.
          The Patient Care Manager accepts ownership of own work and is responsible to the ACEO
          Education:
          * 5 years in clinical Psychiatric setting, at least 2 of which in a leadership role
          * BSN required
          * MSN preferred
          License / Certification:
          * Current RN license
          * Basic Life SupportPrimary Locaiton: IL-Waukegan (Chicago region)
