$10,000 sign on bonus and $2,500 relocation (for greater than 50 miles) or $5,000 relocation (for greater than 100 miles) for nurses with 1 or more years of experience - External Applicants only SUMMARYThe staff RN is a professional care giver who assumes responsibility for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via the utilization of the nursing process, nursing trends, technology, financial and human resources within the philosophy of the institution. EDUCATIONAssociates degree in Nursing required. Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONCurrent licensure in the State of Illinois as a Registered Professional Nurse or license pending. Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred. NRP preferred or must be acquired within 1 year from start date. ACLS preferred or must be acquired within 1 year from start date. EXPERIENCEStrong interest in family centered care. Prior healthcare experience in maternal/child areas preferred.
