Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for an Administrative Assistant - Travel & Meeting Services to provide administrative support to our Travel Department team. In this role, you will handle a variety of back office and clerical duties related to the Travel department, including administering ground transportation service; reconciling billing for travel and meetings; and data entry into various systems.
Additional responsibilities include:
Assist department manager with various documents, including reports and spreadsheets, for meetings and events
Administers Applied’s intranet Travel page and documentation
Occasionally assist travelers directly
Identify and communicate potential improvements in departmental processes
High school education or equivalent
3+ years of administrative support experience; experience in Travel role/industry preferred
Strong, demonstrable skills in MS Word and Excel
Highly organized with excellent problem solving skills
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
