          Iowa Employer tool designer in ROCK ISLAND Illinois United States

          Accepting resumes for full-time well rounded Tool Engineer / Designers that are self-motivated with exceptional mechanical aptitude and communications skills. Candidates must have experience utilizing Pro/ENGINEER CAD software.Candidate should possess an AAS or equivalent and be familiar with general tool engineering practices and concepts in accordance with ANSI, geometric tolerance standards. General design, development and knowledge of sheet metal, castings, plastics, tooling and molds utilizing hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and CNC programming background a plus. Position involves working with a large variety of products and customer requirements.Minimum Requirements1.3 yrs previous tooling design history utilizing Pro/Engineer software package.2.Must be willing to work overtime, up to 60 hrs per week3.Must be flexible in work hours4.Must have excellent mechanical aptitude and prior experience in manufacturing environment5.Positive attitude, team playerPreferred Experience1.Experience with Pro/Engineer WF4.02.Pneumatic/Hydraulic/Electrical Design experience3.Robotic Integration Experience4.Agricultural or Construction equipment manufacturing experience
