In this role you will handle all aspects of parts order management for International dealers to include:

  • Placing ordering parts on a dealers behalf

  • Identifying parts per dealer inquiries`

  • Expediting, upgrading, verifying and cancelling orders

  • Review, analyze, report order history and applicable discounts

We are seeking a decision maker able to work in fast paced role and providing exemplary customer service. Order management systems background desired.

Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale. Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s). Works with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals. Works with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management. Focus of work may be in pre-sale or post-sales or both.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

OR

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

  • Ability to react quickly, make effective decisions and function well under pressure

  • Capability of researching other OEM and supplier websites, which includes bills of materials to provide end user with accurate data support

  • Facilitate the implementation of catalog changes and improvements
