We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a large client in the Lincolnshire area. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door of a large company with a friendly, team oriented environment. The need is very urgent and can start immediately. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
Utilize contact management software and order entry system to track and capture information.
Promote customer retention through 'bonding' with newly acquired customers.
Educate customers on what the company can do for them and share online ordering tips.
Meet or exceed productivity goal.
Run pre-programmed queries in Access database
Track call results daily and weekly and report to manager
Participate in all training and coaching sessions.
