What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Clinical Applications Specialist you will be responsible for clinical process and device integration issues by researching moderately complex application problems, developing solutions, conducting test cases and soliciting support from technical technical application staff or vendors in order to facilitate issue resolution. You will also perform pre-install testing on new releases of applications, conduct file maintenance, update tables and maintain profiles. This position will also involve a significant amount of interaction with Anesthesiologist and other clinic staff.
What You Need for this Position
5 to 10 years of clinical support experience
Active certifications in Epic Anesthesia and/or OpTime Modules
Experience providing analytical, functional, build and maintenance support of Epic Anesthesia and OpTime Modules
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with Anesthesiologists and other clinical staff
