SECTION I. OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:

This position performs planning, analysis and reporting activities for enterprise programs to ensure they remain within the scope, budget and timeline and meet the quality standards set by Enterprise Program Management (EPM). This position supports the Project Managers as a co-lead in managing project integration, scope, time, costs and quality and communicates the status, risk and issues associated with each project to the correct level(s) within the project structure and the organization to ensure that the projects' outcomes are achieved as defined, within budget and on time. This position is responsible for the facilitation and management of After Action Reviews and making recommendation for corrections and/or improvements to the project life cycle including project implementation and delivery. Additionally, this position is responsible for development and maintenance of the EPM SharePoint website.

SECTION II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares project documents: project plan, project charter, scope, and project schedules and obtains appropriate level of approval for each document for projects and/or sub teams assigned to ensure appropriate understanding of expectations among all involved organizational levels.

Co-Leads team members in functional areas and those assigned during the duration of a project to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

Works with functional and project leaders to gather and interpret data and other information on enterprise programs.

Troubleshoots and resolves issues on behalf of the project leadership for issues impacting the ability to implement enterprise programs on time and within budget and scope.

Leads the After Action Review process from start to finish. Development of facilitation materials, facilitation of the review which includes all project team members, and creates narrative and summary of actionable recommendations for dissemination to the project team and the Enterprise Portfolio Management team.

Creates and maintains in-flight project documentation.

Responsible for tracking and reporting project costs against budget and assisting the project manager in forecasting project costs.

Monitors enterprise programs and project operational practices to determine alignment with department quality standards and provides recommendations for corrections.

Manages standards and procedures for ongoing management of information and documents related to program management.

Analyze and report project trends for short and long term department goals and objectives.

Consolidates project plans to identify cross-project dependencies.

This role will work across organizational and functional business units, including IS and vendor partners to document and inventory processes within projects, using the ASOM (Amdocs Scenario Optimization Modeling) model which is aligned with eTOM (Enhanced Telecom Operations Map).

Designs, manages and updates the Enterprise Portfolio Management and Enterprise Initiatives SharePoint sites.

SECTION III. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree required

One to two years project management experience required

3-5 years in analytical or communications role

Experience using SharePoint, MS Project, or other project management applications

Business knowledge of the wireless industry is preferred

Basic web development knowledge preferred

Knowledge of communication methods and tools

Strong oral and written communication skills are required

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required

Ability to han le multiple tasks and responsibilities in a detailed environment
