Protiviti is seeking a User Experience Architect to create and support practical and sustainable content and user experience strategies for our customer Web initiatives. This individual will be responsible for identifying and articulating the UX needs, goals, and requirements that guide our client's projects and for translating those needs into workflow and interaction models that form the basis of a positive user experience.

Protiviti User Experience Architects oversee conceptual design, information architecture, wireframing, user-centered design and usability engineering practices across multiple projects -- including public sites, intranets, extranets and mobile sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertise effectively translating a client's informational assets and business requirements into a SharePoint information architecture that translates into an intuitive and positive user experience;


• Expertise conducting a comprehensive analysis of client's organizational content as well as their site content;


• Experience developing, implementing and tracking effective short- and long-term content, governance and SharePoint user experience plans, including change management processes;


• Expertise leading Information Architecture workshops and analysis with an outcome of site navigation, metadata, and audience matrixes;


• Wireframing, Persona development and User Acceptance testing


• Ability to identify key performance indicators to measure client's site performance, analyze results, and effectively report on metrics


• Ability to write content, and edit content written by others as needed, and ensure editorial style guidelines are followed


• Ability to keep up-to-date on the latest industry trends, web technologies, editorial techniques, and applicable technologies



• Outstanding written and oral communication skills and comfort level presenting to small and large groups
  QUALIFICATIONS:




• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Technology or related field



• 3-5 years of experience working in online content strategy, preferably in a communications, design, marketing, or public relations agency setting.


• Demonstrated ability to create compelling content for different kinds of interactive media including websites, email newsletters, and social media.


• SharePoint experience required
