Will participate in client meetings and may be asked to present as Subject Matter Expert. This position will handle complex client relationships and conduct advanced analysis work. The Survey Associate will be on point for handling unique, nonstandard data analysis requests for more complex clients and projects. Will conduct peer review of client deliverables.

To fulfill this role, the associate will be responsible for: nMarket Data Analysis -- Performs analytical work for client deliverables. Understands data and compensation, and applies analytical judgment in preparing results and identifying potential trends and market implications. Relies on critical thinking to truly understand the data and develop Mercer's Point of View relative to the results. Has a strong understanding of survey data, accurately interprets and analyzes data for use in survey findings and client presentations/meetings. Provides input for the preparation of assigned project work plans and timelines; executes to established standards and processes. Conducts peer review of client deliverables. Product Management -- Responsible for soliciting and tracking survey participation; assists with questionnaire design and job description development, and product/report design. Gains industry and market knowledge to contribute to data insights for survey deliverables. Provides feedback for communication to the global product management team. Client Management -- Interacts with a range of clients and provides their feedback to the Survey Lead to help enhance or change current products. Solicits input necessary to meet complex client needs. Assists with and/or attends individual and group client meetings. Conducts training on survey delivery/analytics tool. May conduct products demos and work individually with to help them better understand the data. Assists clients with questions pertaining to survey participation and appropriate use of survey results. Maintains good client relationships with assigned clients. Industry/Product Knowledge -- Provides input to help define and develop product strategy for assigned industries or markets. Develops industry/market knowledge to support data analysis. n

nQualifications:n

n Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3 - 5 years of experience in benefits, compensation, human resources, statistical analysis or related field a plus. Strong analytic skills and communications skills (verbal and written). Team player in collaborative environment.
