Abbott Sales Executive in Abbott Park, Illinois


Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.

Conveying information clearly and concisely that conveys ideas, answers questions and responds to others and listens carefully to understand the message.

Positions products and services using appropriate resources and confident, convincing logic; tailoring sales approach to meet customer needs by utilizing appropriate resources, handling disagreements and objections by exploring perspectives and tactfully addressing them. Gives instrument demonstrations to the customers.

Solves instrument problems which occur during a visit right away.

Develops and implements plans (e.g., territory, account and call) that include goals, action plans, time frames and resources.

Full responsibility to Manage and increase the SGH business in his region.

Regularly tracks and reports progress against plan, redirecting efforts as necessary.

Completes all administrative tasks accurately and in a timely fashion. Collects information on competitors' sales, prices, benefits and products

Accountability / Scope:

Sales growth of territory and Market Share.

Ability to get involved and solve instrument and applications issues immediately on the site. Fully knowledgeable on products and customer needs.

Teamwork with representatives in other channels - corroboration of ideas and sales strategies.

Achieving deadlines Following Abbott policies and procedures Adequate and Accurate reporting.

Skills and Experience required:

Preferably with 2 -4Years’ experience in sales directly dealing with customers.

The candidate will be Riyadh Based Preferred to have industry knowledge.

Ability to adjust to diverse cultural setup.

Ability of third box thinking and innovation.

High level of problem-solving skills and diligent follower of policies and procedures of Abbott

Has a good computer experience.

Has valid driving license .

Number of openings is four to be located: Jeddah, Dammam, Madinah and Abha.


University degree in biology, chemistry, Biomedical Sciences or degree as Medical Technical Assistant.
